I am driven by my passion to help others. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and balanced existence. By educating my patients on health, exercise, nutrition and how Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can help, I believe this goal of lifelong wellness can be achieved.
I love to cook and firmly believe that food is medicine. I connect with nature through walks with my dog and ambling through the woods on a horse. Swimming and meditation are the two of the ways I bring myself back to center. I balance my work life with adventure and travel.
I graduated from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2000 where I studied acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and nutrition. I am accredited and licensed both statewide and nationally.
I studied Acupuncture Sports Medicine with renowned teachers such as Matt Callison, L.Ac., John Steinke, L.Ac., Whit Reeves, L.Ac., and Richard Tan, OMD. I am currently finishing a comprehensive sports medicine acupuncture program and certification. Additional studies include: muscle testing, whole food nutrition and women’s health and fertility.
